This morning I read a quote that said something like "your subconscious holds the truth of your reality.. this is where your limitations hold you hostage."
So, if your life isn't what you envision, do you truly believe you can..?
To be honest, this hit me right in the gut.
As soon as I read that, I immediately thought of all the ways I'm holding myself back.
Fear of responsibility
Fear of success (because being successful means I have to own my failures.. and, let's be real - that sh!t is hard!)
In the spirit of practicing what I preach - I'm writing it ALLLLLL out.
I'm digging deep into the core of my subconscious fears that I allow to limit my potential and bringing it all to the surface.
Let me be really clear here...
Owning your BS can feel like a slap in the face. You might feel like you've failed, or worse.. never had the courage to move forward.
Allow me to say this as well... Stop playing THAT game.
Acknowledging where change needs implemented IS courage.
It takes GUTS to call yourself out on your own BS!
Don't stop now.. don't wallow in self pity, sabotaging the forward motion...
Nah... get your a$$ moving.
Because if I can do it, so can you!
Today's mantra is going to be this (write it down, say it out loud!!)
"When I acknowledge my self imposed limitations, I am free to break the chains that have once held me. I am FREE!"
Now.. go get 'em!!
